OUCH!

I saw this picture yesterday and I was a little shocked by it...I'm all about experiencing a little pain for some cute shoes but when my feet look like they are going to fall off, I think it's time to switch things up!

I can't imagine what kind of publicity these pictures will cause for Louis Vuitton.  Nor, do I understand how these (this isn't the only model whose feet look like this) made it to the style.com 'Detail' section, highlighting the shoe?  The shoe is the last thing you notice!
